How we use it

Solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals you've asked for, and communicate about active work. We don't sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without your consent.

This site uses privacy-conscious, managed analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns — page views and referral sources — without building advertising profiles on individual visitors.

Data retention & removal

Inquiry emails are retained only as long as needed to serve you. Want your data deleted? Email contact@rivertly.com and we'll remove it promptly and confirm.

Client project data

During engagements we may access systems that contain your business data (repositories, dashboards, ad accounts). Access is scoped, credential-based, and lives in accounts you own. On request or at engagement end, access is revoked and any local copies are deleted.
